Emily and Matt

Oh heck, what a couple.
I’ve known Emily’s family now for about 6 years, and absolutely adore them all.

When it came to shooting Emily and Matt on their wedding day I couldn’t have been more estatic – these two are a total blast to be around. Their love for one another (and their beautiful boy Rocci) is paramount, and was absolutely the most beautiful thing to document.

Em looked a picture of perfection in her custom Lucilla Gray gown (made lovingly by her very talented sister, Lu) and blew us all away with her calm, and that heart-warming smile.

Matt is without doubt, a true gentleman. He’s utterly kind, a brilliant dad, and couldn’t take his eyes off his beautiful wife all day. I mean really, how could we blame him.

We laughed, we dined, we danced the night away.
What a day, what a wedding, what a couple.

Thank you my dear friends x

Ilana and Mark

When my gal Charlotte Sowman decided to start offering mentor sessions for photographers, I jumped at the chance. Anything to learn from this fabulous lady and to soak up all her creative knowledge!

She organised a super fun hike to an EPIC waterfall with the coolest cats, Ilana and Mark.
We ran around like a couple of happy chickens documenting all the cute love, getting totally drenched feet in the water fall pool, slipping down the bank on our butts and frolicking about in the dreamy golden light.

Before long, dark was approaching and we were trekking our way down the hill, chatting happily about our great adventure and me buzzing about the whole experience.

I can’t stress enough how valuable it is to step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself creatively, for this opportunity I am beyond grateful.

Thank you Charlotte, and thank you Ilana and Mark for being totally awesome!

Dylan and Elaine

Honestly, sometimes I am completely mind blown that a couple living on the other side of the world can find me (thank you Instagram), connect over email, and a mere few months later we’re hanging out like old friends, drinking coffee picnic style and sharing stories about our lives.

It really was a pinch myself moment to have Dylan and Elaine stop by my little piece of paradise to head out on an epic photo taking adventure with me, thank you guys!
